Kelly Turci, our National Broadacre Lead, was a proud finalist in last night’s inaugural South Australian Grain Producers Awards for the Women in Grain Award—a well-deserved recognition that highlights her contributions to the agricultural industry.

Kelly’s journey with AgXtra is a testament to growth, resilience, and dedication. She joined us in 2017 as a casual employee, unsure of where her career would take her. However, through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to learning, she has carved out an inspiring career path that reflects both personal and professional growth.

Over the years, Kelly has worn many hats at AgXtra, including Broadacre Casual, Grain Quality Assessor, Drone Operator, Social Media Coordinator, National Data Manager, and now, in her current role as National Broadacre Lead, she oversees one of the most critical areas of our business. Her journey through these diverse roles has equipped her with a deep understanding of the industry, a broad skill set, and a unique perspective that she brings to her leadership.

Kelly’s exceptional attention to detail ensures that every project she leads is executed with precision. Her strong communication skills, coupled with her natural ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships, have been instrumental in fostering lasting partnerships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders. Her leadership style is grounded in authenticity, positivity, and a genuine desire to see others succeed—qualities that make her an outstanding mentor and role model.

What truly sets Kelly apart is not just her impressive professional achievements but also her character. She is an incredibly hard worker, dedicated to driving AgXtra’s success and contributing to the broader agricultural sector. Kelly embodies the values we hold dear at AgXtra—Passion, Dedication, Trust, and Respect—living these principles every day through her work and interactions. She is a role model for anyone aspiring to build a fulfilling and impactful career in agriculture.

We are incredibly proud of Kelly’s accomplishments and grateful to have her as a leader within our workplace. Her recognition as a finalist in the Women in Grain Award is a testament to her dedication and impact, and we look forward to seeing her continue to make a lasting difference in the agricultural industry.
